We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
How do I care for my ceramic and fiber concrete items?
As our products are often hand-glazed or made from natural materials, we recommend cleaning with a soft, dry cloth. Please note that most of our vases are not 100% waterproof; we suggest using a plastic liner for fresh flowers.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we take great care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging to arrange a replacement.
